More to that, we are the second generation in which tourism has become our passion and our commitment. We can proudly say that we were able to take our international experience and implement our unique cooperation with our know-how in the Country of Istria. Furthermore, we are keeping custody of every villa we are offered to take care of, in which, our goal is to create exclusive-only circle of holiday villas. Villa Monte D Or is located in a beautiful Istrian town of Krnica, just 2 km to the sea, beach, and harbor. The villa has its own private heated infinity pool and a nice garden with an automated irrigation system. The garden is fenced. From all the bedrooms, you get an unforgettable panoramic view of the Adriatic sea and the island of Cres. The villa is brand new, very modern, comfortable, and tastefully furnished mostly with Italian-made furniture. Inside the Villa you have 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms each equipped with toilet and walk in shower. The sofa bed in the living room allows the villa to host up to 8 guests. Towels and bed linen are featured in the villa. The villa offers a children’s playground. The fully fenced garden allows you to relax and enjoy the sea view.

All the main services for your perfect vacation are within walking distance: 3 restaurants, bars, pizzerias, a grocery, bakery. We are children and pet friendly and are looking forward to welcome all of your family at our place! The sea of Krnica offers beautiful hidden coves, beaches, and marine life, and is the starting point for many diving excursions, which starts just from Krnica harbor.
